What Will We Do During The Class ?

First of all, you are going to enjoy 75 minutes of blissful Me Time !  We will start off by doing some centering.  Centering allows us to completely quieten our minds,  see how we feel in the present moment and to set an intention for the day’s practice.  This will add focus to the yoga practice.

Next we will draw our attention to our breath.  During pregnancy, you are now breathing for two so the oxygen needs of the baby need to be met.  As we go through the course of our classes, you will learn a number of breathing practices which will support you during your pregnancy and also for the first and second stages of the birth of your baby.

After our breath work, we will start moving gently into our yoga postures, working to strengthen our joints and our muscles, strengthening the pelvic floor and making a nurturing and comfortable space in your body, for you and your baby.

Next we will address those fears by doing some EFT Tapping before completing the practice with a deep and relaxing Yoga nidra.

Pregnancy Yoga Class Options

Book for 6 x Pregnancy Yoga Classes
These classes will be held in The Yoga Well in Dunshaughlin on Thursday evenings at 7pm. Starting 23rd February 2023 for 6 weeks. Please note: there will be no class on the 9th March so classes will end on 30th March.  6 x classes is €80 and your place is secured on receipt of payment.
