HOW TO USE LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL
- Soothe Skin by adding 1 drops to 10ml of your base oils or creams.
- To promote a restful sleep, add 10-15 drops to Stone diffuser
- In the bath, add 8-12 drops to 1 tablespoon of base oil or full fat milk and disperse for a relaxing bath.
- As a massage, add 12-20 drops to 2 tablespoons of base oil.
- As a facial steam, add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.
NB, Always start with the lowest number of drops and work your way up. Also, lavender is not suitable for hypersensitive skin or for children under 7 years of age.
