Pregnancy Yoga Live Online ClassYou are warmly invited to carve out 1 hour of your time for you, as you navigate your pregnancy journey. It is a space for you to nurture your body and your mind by connecting you to your breath, your body and your baby. This course is perfect from 14 weeks until you give birth. So what will we be doing in these 4 weeks ?

Each week will have a different pregnancy theme.I will guide you through gentle yoga poses which will stretch and tone your body and your pelvic floor.We will learn a number of breathing techniques which will induce calm during your pregnancy and they are also breathing techniques which you can use during the labour and birth. You will enjoy a yummy yoga nidra for deep relaxation.These classes are free for Community Members but payable for non members.
