If you would like a very soothing, nurturing and gentle treatment for you and your baby, well this is the treatment for you. This treatment can be performed on baby from birth. It can be performed any time of the day and when given at bed time, can help promote a more restful sleep.

We start off with a relaxing and hormone balancing treatment for mum, but this all depends on baby. Ideally, if baby has a feed and falls asleep, or arrives asleep, it provides the time for you to have your treatment.

Baby's treatment takes between 20 and 30 minutes with baby relaxing within minutes of the treatment starting (hopefully !). They let us know when they have had enough ! This “Positive Touch” treatment is safe, natural and enjoyable for the health and wellbeing of baby. Infants use touch to learn about the world around them and it nurtures bonding between them and their parents. Mothers and babies who have had a traumatic birth will find this treatment very comforting.

I will also show you the reflex points on your baby's feet which you can massage at home to help with with the likes of teething, colic, chestiness, constipation.
