Delivery & Returns
Shipping
We endeavour to dispatch your items within 72 hours of receipt of your order. With regard to Skincare products from Blumain Organic and Zone Face Lift, I order these items as soon as an order is placed, so that you get the best and freshest products. These can be delivered to myself and you can pick them up, or you can get them delivered directly to your door.
Your order may be sent by Standard Post, Parcel Motel or courier.
A standard flat rate of €8.00 will be placed on your order if you get it delivered directly to your door. Pick up at Soul Therapies incurs no charge.
Returns
We will accept returns of unused products within seven days of purchase. To return a product, please contact us via email for instructions on how to handle the return. Do NOT send any items back to us without prior arrangement. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the unlikely event you receive an incomplete, damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. In the event of damage, you must retain all packaging. We will ask for photos in order to submit a claim to our carrier.
Cancellation of an order must be made within three days of ordering. Refunds for cancelled orders will be provided within 30 days of cancellation. Return postage for any cancelled order is the responsibility of the buyer.
