The terms and conditions detailed below apply to the use of this website www.soultherapies.ie and the Community space (Temple of the Rose) and any other course material.

1. Ownership

Catherine Rutherford retains ownership and all rights to soultherapies.ie including the name, the logo, articles, videos, blogs, ebooks, courses, communities and Consultation Forms. In addition, Catherine Rutherford is the owner of Soul Therapies social media pages accounts which covers the community on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and its logo, images produced for it, podcasts, videos and articles.

2. Copyright

All content produced for soultherapies.ie by Catherine Rutherford has been gathered from a variety of sources and personal experience of the therapist. It is subject to Copyright Protection. Content produced by other sources will be credited to the author of it. Use of this website is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Permission is not granted by Catherine Rutherford to photocopy, sell, publish or reproduce any information on soultherapies.ie or in the Community (Temple of the Rose) or any courses she has produced.

Soul Therapies is a website which offers information and experiences on women's health including fertility, pregnancy, motherhood, menopause. All techniques mentioned are a result of Catherine's trainings, personal experience and her experience working with clients since 2017 and also from other reading material. These trainings include Reflexology (fertility, pregnancy, facial, zone face lift, reflexology lymph drainage and more), Emotional Freedom Techniques, Yoga Teacher training, Fertile Body Method practitioner, Shamanic Womb Healer, to name but a few. She is registered with the National Register of Reflexology in Ireland, Yoga Alliance and EFT International. Any woman or those who identify as women, choosing of her own volition to receive treatments and practices which awakening that which already lies within each participant, does so at her own risk and Soul Therapies takes no responsibility should any adverse effects occur (though highly unlikely). Catherine offers each woman the opportunity to self-care and self-heal with safety. If you require medical or mental/emotional care, you need to go to the relevant doctor or healthcare professional.

What can you expect when you come to me for a treatment. My belief about healing is that each of us is his or her own healer; that healing comes primarily from within. I can assist you in your healing by doing various kinds of therapies, which will balance your body and enhance your sense of well-being and harmony. Among the techniques that I use are Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Fertile Body Method, Shamanic Womb Healing and Yoga. The touch therapies can be performed in person, and by long distance and other treatments like Emotional Freedom Techniques, Fertile Body Method, Shamanic Womb Healing can be carried out over a platform such as Zoom or Google Meet.

4. 4. Personal Information
   You must provide your true identify in signing up for any Course or material and not impersonate another or knowingly give false information. This includes unlawfully using the Soul Therapies services in anyway. The information on the web site is addressed personally to you. You may not pass on the information or learnings or practices without the prior express consent in writing to Catherine Rutherford.

During our consultations, we may discuss what’s going on in your life, your health history, your childhood and other issues that have an influence on your emotional and physical wellbeing. These discussions will be kept confidential, however with your permission, I may consult with other healers, therapists, mentors and physicians as appropriate to maximize the benefits to yourself.

I am not a medical practitioner and therefore do not diagnose disease or prescribe drugs. At all times your healing is your responsibility, with my help. I do not advise you to discontinue any medical treatment you may be receiving. My work is intended to be in harmony with any other healing work that you undertake, including traditional medicine.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy –
We wish to satisfy all our customers and will treat each of you with respect. However there is no refund if you change your mind, if payment is not completed or if you have not engaged with the material.

6. Intellectual Property - For Educational And Informational Purposes Only

The information contained on the Soul Therapies Website and the Community space (Temple of the Rose), or within any course is for educational and informational purposes only. The information contained on soultherapies.ie and the resources available for download through this Site is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as legal, financial, tax, medical, health, or any other professional advice.

All of our online products and materials are for your personal use only. The completion of any online course does not certify you to teach or authorize redistribution of the materials. These contents cannot be reproduced in any way, shape or form without clear, written consent from Catherine @ Soul Therapies.

If we suspect that this policy is violated, your access to the course will be revoked immediately.

You are prohibited from using soultherapies.ie or its content for any unlawful purpose.

13. Payments

We use Sumup, Stripe and Revolut to process payments. Simply enter your credit card details and submit your payment. If you wish to pay by card via telephone, please ring us on +353 (0)85 1818147.

14. Order Processing

Orders may be placed through our website at www.soultherapies.ie

We also accept orders by telephone, by email and in person. We strive to ship orders within 72 hours of receipt of your order, but during busy times it may take longer. Please see our Delivery Information page for up-to-date shipping and turnaround times.

If you need to make changes to any order submitted online please e-mail your changes to [email protected] or call on +353 (0)85 1818147.

15. Returns & Cancellations

We will accept returns of unused products within seven days of purchase. To return a product, please contact us via email for instructions on how to handle the return. Do NOT send any items back to us without prior arrangement. Your statutory rights are not affected.

In the unlikely event you receive an incomplete, damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. In the event of damage, you must retain all packaging. We will ask for photos in order to submit a claim to our carrier.

Cancellation must be made within three days of ordering. Refunds for cancelled orders will be provided within 30 days of cancellation. Return postage for any cancelled order is the responsibility of the buyer.

16. Pricing

While we strive to maintain the lowest possible prices at all times, it occasionally becomes necessary for us to raise our prices based on the rising prices of our raw materials. We reserve the right to do this without notice.

17. Delivery Information

Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours of receipt of order. Orders outside the Island of Ireland are sent with Standard Post or Courier. Orders from Ireland are normally sent by courier. The shipping method used is at the discretion of Soul Therapies. Shipping charges are applied automatically with a flat rate of €8.00 if items are being delivered directly to your door. If items are being picked up at Soul Therapies, there is no delivery charge.

18. Disclaimer for Products

Soul Therapies accepts no responsibility for the mishandling or misuse of any of any products it provides.

Please be aware that when buying goods on the internet, you are entering into a legally binding contract. The contract between the customer and Soul Therapies begins once an order has been paid for by the customer. If you feel you have made an error when placing your order, please contact us so that we can make the correction. Irish laws are applicable.
