Some would say that I have a preoccupation with babies and helping couples to get pregnant. Well I do. You see it is written in my soul that this is my path in life as life has put these obstacles in front of me to learn from. I am a holistic practitioner with a special interest in a couple’s reproductive health and fertility whilst also addressing their mind, body and emotional balance using Reflexology, The Fertile Body Method and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping). Whether you are just starting out on your journey to parenthood or are currently going through Assisted Reproductive Treatment like IVF, I can help and I will support you right up until the baby is born and beyond.
Pregnancy Support
Congratulations ! You are now pregnant. You may be feeling some nausea, your back may ache, you sciatica starts playing up, well I am here to help ease out all these issues with Pregnancy Reflexology. Pregnancy also comes with some anxiety and worry, so that's where I step in again and help you to feel mentally and emotionally balanced with EFT Tapping. Pregnancy Yoga will also help with making room in your body for you and baby and it will also help strengthen your pelvic floor. You will also learn breathing techniques to help you during your pregnancy and while you are labour.
Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)
This is lovely calming treatment that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body’s acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine. It can be described as emotional acupuncture or energy psychology and is often referred to as ‘EFT Tapping’ or simply as ‘Tapping’.EFT tapping can be used for anxiety, weight loss issues, pain, stress, limiting beliefs, fear, shock, trauma and many other issues.The aim of EFT is to find relief, relaxation, and promote healing around the emotional or physical issues that hold us back.

Yoga is a practice you can do anywhere and at any time that suits you. It is suitable for everyone, no matter how old you are or how flexible you are. You do not need any special tools or clothing to do it. Yoga will meet you where you are at, so if touching your knees is as far as you can go, that’s as far as you go. The purpose of the different yoga postures (asanas) are to purify the body and with practice they will provide strength, flexibility, mobility and stamina.
