This is Soul Therapies official online privacy policy and it applies to all personal information collected by Catherine Rutherford of Soul Therapies.

Catherine Rutherford recognises that your privacy is very important and is fully  committed to respecting it.  All information will be treated confidentially and with the highest standards of security.  It will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which governs the privacy of your personal information when you deal with me.  I will never disclose your personal information to any third party unless I have your permission to do so.

Collection of Information Some information voluntarily provided to me by clients, customers, contractors and other third parties might be considered private or personal.  I will only collect such personal information if it is necessary for me to carry out my services.

Personal information is collected from people in the following situations;

a) If you contact Catherine Rutherford from her website, Facebook, Instagram or by email, by phone or by text, she may keep a record of that correspondence.  This correspondence is password protected.

b) When you submit your email address to my website mailing list, it is held by a third party marketing company (Brevo, Modern/Google) for the purposes of sending emails and newsletters.  This company is GDPR compliant.

c) When you complete a Consultation Form prior to a treatment at Soul Therapies or any other workshop or events.

d) When you complete the Checkout process in my online store.

Use of information collected and disclosure of personal information to others I may use or disclose personal information held about an individual for the primary purpose for which it is collected (e.g. provision of my services, including administration of my services, notification to you about changes to my services, record-keeping following termination of my services to you and technical maintenance).

Any personal information provided to Soul Therapies will be used for  Soul Therapies purpose ONLY!

We are permitted to use or disclose personal information;

I am not responsible for the privacy practices of other businesses or the content of web sites that are linked to my website.  Soul Therapies encourages users to be aware when they leave this site, to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.

I have implemented reCAPTCHA  on my website to prevent spam being generated and the use of reCAPTCHA  is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Data Security and Storage  Catherine Rutherford places significant importance on the security of all information associated with her customers. She has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under her control.

Personal information is de-identified or destroyed securely when no longer required by me.

As a result, while Catherine strives to protect user’s personal information she cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to it or from its online products or services, and users do so at their own risk. Cookies Soul Therapies collects information from the site using IP Files and Cookies when you read, browse or download information.  The system will record/log your IP address (the address which identifies your computer on the internet and which is automatically recognised by the web server), date and time of your visit to the site, the pages viewed and any information downloaded. This information will only be used for the purpose of site analysis and to help offer you improved online service.  I may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of Internet browsers you use or the site from which you linked to my website.
